Employment and Contractor Engagements

Opportunities may be structured as W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor engagements depending on the role, duration, responsibilities, and applicable requirements. Every engagement is designed to support professionalism, confidentiality, secure handling of client information, and consistent service standards.

What We Look For

We look for professionals who can deliver accurate work, communicate clearly, and operate effectively within secure, process-driven workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Prior experience in tax, accounting, or bookkeeping

  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

  • Professional communication and responsiveness

  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

  • Ability to follow documented processes and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy

CPA licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus for certain roles.
